Short answer: The main Celigo alternatives for Shopify–NetSuite integration fall into three groups. General iPaaS platforms are Boomi and Jitterbit. Commerce-focused integration platforms are Patchworks and MindCloud. NetSuite-specific options are Oracle’s own NetSuite Connector and SCG’s Lightning. Which one fits depends less on feature lists than on three things: how each is priced, who builds and maintains your flows, and how much of your NetSuite order-to-cash logic the integration has to understand.
Seibert Consulting Group implements Shopify–NetSuite integrations on several of these platforms and builds its own, Lightning. We have a stake in this comparison, and we say so. The goal of this guide is to help you shortlist the right fit, including when that fit isn’t us.
Why merchants look for Celigo alternatives
Celigo is a strong, widely used iPaaS with a prebuilt Shopify–NetSuite Integration App. Teams usually start looking elsewhere for one of these reasons:
- Pricing structure. Celigo prices by endpoints and flows. That is predictable, but costs grow as you add stores, systems and flows.
- Who maintains it. An iPaaS gives you the tools; someone on your team or a partner still has to own mappings, errors and changes.
- NetSuite-specific logic. Payout reconciliation, B2B terms, multi-location inventory and POS posting often need configuration beyond the template.
- Scope. Some merchants only need Shopify and NetSuite connected well and don’t want a platform built for every system in the company.

Boomi
Boomi is an enterprise integration platform covering application integration, data management and API management across a very wide catalog of systems. Its pricing page offers a 30-day free trial, subscription editions from Standard to Enterprise Plus and usage-based pay-as-you-go options, with prices by quote rather than published. Boomi makes most sense when the Shopify–NetSuite integration is one part of a company-wide integration program with dedicated integration staff.
Jitterbit
Jitterbit’s Harmony platform offers Standard, Professional and Enterprise editions, all on annual contracts with quote-based pricing. Jitterbit lists Shopify, NetSuite and a combined Shopify + NetSuite solution among its applications. Like Boomi, it suits organizations that have, or will hire, people to build and maintain integrations.
Patchworks
Patchworks focuses on commerce: it describes connecting storefronts, ERPs, warehouse systems and 3PLs, with a visual Connector Builder, Process Flows and pre-built accelerators, and states ISO 27001 compliance. It is worth a look for retail brands whose main integration challenge is fulfillment networks around the ERP.
MindCloud
MindCloud positions itself as a platform plus service: its delivery team scopes, builds, launches and supports production workflows. That model suits merchants who don’t want to staff integration work internally.
Oracle NetSuite Connector
NetSuite Connector, which Oracle acquired as FarApp in 2021, is the connector Oracle offers for Shopify. Its App Store listing describes syncing products, pricing, inventory, orders and fulfillments for Shopify and Shopify Plus B2C and B2B storefronts and Shopify POS. It is a practical choice when your processes fit its configuration options. Merchants typically move beyond it when they need logic the settings don’t cover. We look at it in detail in NetSuite Connector for Shopify: what it covers and where it stops.
Lightning, SCG’s NetSuite integration platform
Lightning is a hosted integration platform built around NetSuite as the source of truth. It connects NetSuite with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, BigCommerce and other commerce systems. Instead of handing you a toolkit, Lightning ships integration outcomes as plugins, such as Shopify order-to-cash and Klaviyo revenue data, and the SCG Team implements and supports them. Pricing uses fixed tiers with no transaction fees. See how Lightning works.
How to choose
- List every system in scope. Two systems favor a focused platform; ten favor a general iPaaS.
- Decide who maintains it. If nobody on staff will own mappings and errors, choose a vendor or partner that does.
- Model the price at your size. Ask each vendor to price your real number of stores, flows and systems for three years.
- Test the hard flows, not the easy ones. Ask for a demo of refunds, partial fulfillment, payouts and B2B terms against your NetSuite setup.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best Celigo alternative for Shopify and NetSuite?
It depends on scope and staffing. Boomi and Jitterbit suit company-wide integration programs; Patchworks and MindCloud focus on commerce; NetSuite Connector and Lightning focus specifically on NetSuite.
How does Celigo pricing work?
Celigo states that it prices by endpoints and flows rather than per task or transaction volume, across Standard, Professional and Enterprise editions. Dollar pricing is provided by quote.
Is NetSuite Connector cheaper than Celigo?
NetSuite Connector’s Shopify App Store listing starts at $199.92 a month for the B2C Standard plan; the POS and B2C Premium plans are $249.92 and the B2B plan is $916.58 a month (as listed in September 2026). Total cost depends on the plan, add-ons and the implementation work to configure it, so compare quotes for your actual flows.
Do I need an iPaaS to connect Shopify and NetSuite?
No. You can use Oracle’s NetSuite Connector, a commerce-focused platform, a custom integration or a NetSuite-first platform like Lightning.
