Steward: NetSuite customer portal for Shopify
Everything they ordered. Everything they owe. Everything they need to do next.
Customers on NetSuite-backed Shopify stores can’t see their own order status, invoices or balance, because that data lives in NetSuite. So they call or email your team. Steward puts their NetSuite account inside Shopify Customer Accounts, where they already log in.

Under the hood
How Steward works
Steward is a Shopify customer account extension connected to your NetSuite account. It shows each logged-in buyer only their own records, and caches NetSuite data so pages stay fast without adding load on NetSuite.
Seibert Consulting Group installs and configures Steward on your store through custom distribution. It is not listed on the Shopify App Store, because every install is set up against your NetSuite account and customer structure. It pairs with a Shopify–NetSuite integration built by the SCG Team or with your existing connector.

FAQ
Questions
Do buyers need a NetSuite login?
No. They use their normal Shopify customer account; Steward reads the matching NetSuite customer records.
Does it work for B2B companies with several buyers?
Yes. Steward is designed for company accounts, where each buyer sees the records they are authorized for.
Do we need Shopify Plus?
Customer account extensions run on Shopify’s new customer accounts. We confirm plan and setup requirements for your store during scoping.
Can Steward work with an integration we already have?
Yes. Steward reads NetSuite directly; it does not depend on which connector syncs your orders.
Stop answering “where’s my invoice?”
Let your buyers find it themselves, in the Shopify account they already use.
