Shopify B2B + NetSuite integration
Shopify B2B on the front end, NetSuite running the accounts
Wholesale buyers expect their own prices, terms and order history. NetSuite already holds all of that. Seibert Consulting Group connects Shopify B2B to NetSuite so buyers see their account-specific catalog and pricing, and every B2B order reaches NetSuite with the right terms, customer and location.
Data model
The B2B data a connector has to get right
B2B integration is where generic Shopify–NetSuite connectors struggle, because the data model differs on each side.
NetSuite
Customer (company) with sub-customers or contacts
Shopify B2B
Company, company locations, customers
What has to be decided
Which NetSuite record becomes a Shopify company, and how ship-to and bill-to locations map
NetSuite
Price levels, customer-specific item pricing, quantity pricing
Shopify B2B
Catalogs, price lists, volume pricing
What has to be decided
Which side owns pricing, and how often price changes sync
NetSuite
Terms (Net 30 and so on), credit limit, hold status
Shopify B2B
Payment terms, deposits, draft orders
What has to be decided
Whether orders over the credit limit are blocked in Shopify or held in NetSuite
NetSuite
Sales orders, invoices, payments
Shopify B2B
B2B orders, payment status
What has to be decided
Separating B2B orders from DTC orders in NetSuite for reporting and fulfillment
NetSuite
Sales rep, territory, subsidiary
Shopify B2B
Company metafields / tags
What has to be decided
Keeping commissions and subsidiary reporting correct
Buyer self-service
Where buyers see their NetSuite account
Buyers also want to check invoices, balances and open orders without calling your AR team. Steward, our customer self-service app, shows NetSuite orders, invoices, balances and documents inside Shopify Customer Accounts.
It installs on your store by custom distribution; it is not an App Store listing.

Platform decision
Shopify B2B or SuiteCommerce Advanced?
If you run B2B on NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced today, moving to Shopify B2B is a platform decision, not just an integration job. We work on both platforms and will tell you which fits your catalog size, pricing complexity and customization needs. See our SuiteCommerce pricing and licensing guide.
Process
How the project runs
1
B2B model workshop
We map customers, price levels, terms and credit rules in NetSuite to Shopify companies, catalogs and payment terms.
2
Ownership rules
We agree which system owns each field, so price and credit changes don’t loop between systems.
3
Build and test
Flows run against a NetSuite sandbox and a Shopify development store with real price-level scenarios.
4
Buyer migration
Company accounts and contacts are loaded and invited in waves.
5
Support
We monitor order and pricing sync after launch.
FAQ
Questions B2B teams ask
Does the NetSuite Connector support Shopify B2B?
Oracle documents a Shopify B2B option in NetSuite Connector that syncs B2B orders separately from B2C orders. Whether it covers your price levels, terms and credit rules depends on your NetSuite setup; we check that in the model workshop.
Can each wholesale customer see their own prices?
Yes. NetSuite price levels or customer-specific pricing map to Shopify B2B catalogs and price lists assigned to each company.
Can we run DTC and B2B on one Shopify Plus store?
Yes, Shopify Plus supports B2B and DTC on one store. The integration tags and routes B2B orders so NetSuite reporting keeps them separate.
Do you build custom B2B features?
Yes: quick order forms, reorder from history, approval flows and account portals, using Shopify apps and extensions plus NetSuite scripting where needed.
Moving wholesale ordering onto Shopify?
