Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled NetSuite Solutions Architect that has experience with ERP implementations, optimizations, and consulting. The ideal candidate will have significant experience either leading or managing large projects with several client stakeholders at a high level.
This candidate will also have strong accounting experience, working with internal accounting teams to optimize processes such as month-end close, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, payable, etc. The ideal person in this role will have an understanding of supply chain management, warehouse management, and other operational concepts.
This individual will collaborate and utilize best practices to assist with implementing valuable business solutions for our clients. This person will work at length with their internal team and clients throughout the duration of project, providing support and resource allocation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Function as lead consultant on NetSuite ERP implementation
Perform timely project management to a wide variety of stakeholders throughout projects.
Perform assessment of client business requirements and document thoroughly in Business Requirements Document.
Translate business requirements and provide clients with solutions to within NetSuite ERP, including NetSuite configuration alignment and/or design of customizations with NetSuite ERP to accommodate for functionality gaps.
Perform data migration tasks from legacy to NetSuite ERP.
Ability to perform documentation of customization requirements and functional specifications for our development team.
Ability to effectively communicate customization requirements to the development team members.
Effectively balance client commitments according to prioritization, communicating anticipated deadlines to manage timeline and client expectations.
Ability to independently manage time and tasks.Takes initiative and must always have positive/professional attitude.
Guide clients in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process including documentation of user stories along with expected results and resolution of concerns arising in UAT.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of NetSuite implementation/consulting experience.Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Computer Science preferred
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules for procure to pay, order to cash, inventory management, financial/accounting.Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in leading NetSuite end user training.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification, NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification are a PLUS.
