The Challenge

Lana Jewelry's dual role as a B2C retailer and B2B wholesaler to big-box luxury retailers necessitated a sophisticated solution that could seamlessly handle both roles. With a broad range of sophisticated customers, including celebrities, and a presence in several prominent retailers, Lana needed an online presence that could do justice to their prestigious brand.

The Solution

SCG Team began by conducting a complete redesign of the Lana Jewelry site on NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced. This new design enhanced the luxury feel of the brand and improved user experience, facilitating more intuitive browsing and shopping.

To support Lana's EDI wholesale efforts, SCG Team implemented a complex EDI and cXML Punchout integration customization with major retailers such as Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Nordstrom, and Saks Fifth Avenue. This integration facilitated seamless transactions and inventory management across all channels, thereby enhancing efficiency.

Simultaneously, SCG Team worked on core NetSuite ERP optimizations to ensure smooth operations. This included the development of advanced customization options for Lana's popular custom jewelry lines.

Following extensive consultation, Lana elected to re-launch their web experience on the BigCommerce platform. SCG Team managed this transition, integrating the new platform into Lana's NetSuite ERP accounting system of record.

In order to leverage the power of modern marketing, SCG Team integrated Klaviyo email and SMS marketing into the Lana site, enabling Lana to engage with their customers more effectively and drive further growth.
